Teacher is the image of Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwar

“Kids don't remember what you try to teach them. They remember how you taught them.” The role of an instructor is crucial for kids as the first impression lasts long. Henceforth, it has been defined the best among all the services that can be rendered by men to the almighty god: yes, the education and the training of children. Thus they can foster by grace in the way of salvation, growing like pearls of divine bounty in the shell of education and will be one day the jewel in the crown of abiding glory. To make all these possible, Pre-school franchise plays a vital role in the education system.

An ideal teacher’s objective is to achieve excellence coupled with equity and social justice by way of imparting quality education to all students without any discrimination between cast, creed, gender, religion and race. No better tributes have been paid to any man on earth than to the teacher. East or West, everywhere, the vocation of teaching has been respected and worshipped. In ancient India, a teacher was ranked next to God. In the West he is called, the "architect of nation", "maker of man", "the maker of history" etc.

So, while setting up a pre-school franchise in India, one has to take the utmost care while choosing a right educator. Mr Ravindra Nath Tagore says that, “A teacher can never truly teach unless he is still learning himself.” So the integrity and contribution of an educator is unquestionable.
